Pilates- Using mats, straps and a reformer Pilates machine, we will strengthen your core, increase flexibility as you align and center the spine. 

Yoga- I am trained in Indra Devi style yoga but utilize hatha, breathwork, release and static strength as we move at your pace through postures.

Stretch- Stretching the body is an overlooked form of fitness that has powerful impact on your mood, your pedestrian skills and certainly preventing future injuries.
